Concept Structure building inside for custom home at Talis Park

Theory Design is creating the interior design for a Seagate Development Group custom home in Talis Park. It will feature some elements of Seagate’s Sonoma model, pictured here.

Fort Myers – Idea Structure has introduced the interior for a custom household by Seagate Enhancement Team in the Isola Bella community at Talis Park. Isola Bella is an unique 4.5-acre enclave of the last 17 solitary-household waterfront homesites in this luxury golf neighborhood. The personal residence is one of two customized houses breaking floor this month with an inside by Idea Design and style. The workforce is also completing interiors for Seagate’s furnished Monterey II, Revana, Sonoma and Olema designs, along with lots of other customized homes, in Isola Bella. R.G. Designs supplied the architectural patterns for these residences.

This two-story non-public residence has more than 3,800 square feet of living room – 4 bedrooms, 4-and-three-50 percent baths, and a two-auto garage. A fashionable, coastal-accented concept begins at the entrance exterior – lined with back garden planting, stepping stones and textural plantings. Vanilla, taupe and charcoal pavers lead to a dwelling with a dark grey roof, a steel grey façade, a comfortable white trim, black railings and Bahama shutters as very well as black windows and a garage door as very well as iron and glass entry doorways.
